The STORYBOOK SUITE is located on the lower floor of Sycamore Springs Guest House and is decorated with Country Charm. When you step inside this quaint upscale cottage, you’ll feel transported to days gone by. Pinewood floors, beadboard accents, and country-themed wallpapers and borders throughout the suite will envelop you in cozy cottage ambience. Satellite TV, an overstuffed sectional sofa, and three huge picture windows with views of the pond all invite you to relax in the living room. The bedroom is exceptionally spacious and features a King-size Sealy Posturpedic bed with down comforter and bright country quilt, a separate seating area, and a desk with wireless high speed Internet connection. Meals will be a pleasure to prepare in the full-size kitchen that features all major and minor appliances and is decorated with vintage kitchen implements. You’ll enjoy mealtimes at the farm table with its rusty rooster chandelier overhead. The HearthStone gas stove will keep you cozy in the wintertime, and remote controlled air-conditioning will keep you cool in the summer. The spacious bathroom features an extra-wide countertop, pinewood floors, and cheerful floral décor. Guests staying for a week or longer will appreciate the washer and dryer, full-size clothes closet, and loads of drawer space. Special soundproofing in the ceiling means that your stay will be quiet and peaceful. The Storybook Suite has its own private covered patio with table seating for two and a gas BBQ grill. |

The Girdner TRAILS END Suite

| The GIRDNER TRAILS END SUITE is located on the upper floor of Sycamore Springs Guest House and features Rustic Old West décor. This Suite has its own separate entrance from the upper deck through French doors. The deck offers a view of both ponds through a canopy of trees, and features table seating for two and a gas BBQ grill. Knotty pine tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings are throughout every room. The black cast iron HearthStone gas stove with its stovepipe reaching to the vaulted ceiling and aged barnwood furniture convey the “Spirit of the West.” Relax in your choice of leather sofa and chair, rocking chair, or upholstered recliner. Satellite TV, entertainment center, and a desk with wireless high speed Internet connection offer convenience amidst the cowboy ambiance. The bedroom features a Queen-size bed with plush bedding and a huge picture window that overlooks the creek side walkways. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and oak table and chair set, and is decorated with artifacts from this historic ranch. The living, kitchen, and bathroom feature Old West theme wallpapers and borders. The bathroom window has a tree-top view, and is decorated with rustic horseshoe towel bars and accents. Plenty of screened windows bring in sunshine and fresh air during spring and fall, while air-conditioning keeps this suite comfortable in the summertime. |
